Our History

Founded in January 2023 in Prague, our firm was built on the vision of delivering innovative, efficient, and affordable transfer pricing solutions that empower businesses and support the growth of legal and accounting practices worldwide.

In just two years, we’ve transformed from a small, agile team of two in Prague into a growing organization of six experienced transfer pricing professionals. Our rapid growth has led us to establish our global headquarters in London—a strategic move that reinforces our international reach and commitment to excellence.

 

Alongside our London hub, we have a regional representative office in Dubai to help us better serve our clients in the GCC region, enabling us to deliver localized expertise and personalized, cost effective compliance solutions.

Our Founder

At the heart of Hybrid TP Global is our Founder, Kieron Gaffney. Kieron is a UK-trained Transfer Pricing Leader with a remarkable track record in guiding transfer pricing teams across Europe, the GCC, and South East Asia. Renowned as a practice builder in the field, Kieron has actively advocated for and implemented changes in transfer pricing regulations and practices with government bodies. Under his leadership, we have successfully completed over 150 transfer pricing projects since January 2023. He has also been a valued member of various chambers of commerce in multiple countries, playing a pivotal role in communicating the importance of transfer pricing to private business communities and government ministries.
